After graduating from the Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis (now the Indiana University Maurer School of Law) where he excelled as a member the school’s national moot court team, Keith D. Mull was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Indiana in 1993. His practice has included litigating cases in contract, collections, foreclosure, bankruptcy, landlord-tenant, and general real estate matters and transactional real estate and business matters.
In 2012, Keith began practicing as the Law Offices of Keith D. Mull, LLC. His firm provides services for legal matters involving commercial and residential real estate transfer and financing transactions, general real estate, general business and business entities, planning and zoning, lease drafting and negotiations, title opinions, commercial and residential foreclosures, evictions, landlord-tenant, creditor’s rights, bankruptcy (creditor), and general collections. He believes in providing personal and professional legal services and representation to his clients, which include several local banks, business owners, developers, builders, landlords, and others with real estate and business needs. He served as the attorney for the Floyd County Plan Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals from 2014 through 2019. Keith is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the courts of the State of Indiana and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.
Before attending law school, Keith graduated with distinction from Eastern Kentucky University in 1982 with a degree in Philosophy and received a Master of Divinity degree in 1985 from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
